We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kemkidsco.com. If your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped within 5 business days with a courier of your choice. Please ensure the return item(s) is/are packed with care and attention so that we will receive it in the same original condition. Items damaged during the return shipping process will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that the customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Also, we do not refund the original shipping fee.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will take each situation case by case. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and Halloween items are final sale.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

 

 

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on items that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. These items are not available for immediate purchase on our online shop.

By Purchasing a pre-order product you agree to the following terms: 

Estimated time is 2-4 weeks. The estimation is when we expect the order to be ready and shipped (not when it will arrive to the customer) and are subject to change. We will keep you up to date but keep in mind as delays do occur. In many cases, these delays are completely out of our control, so we appreciate your patience whenever delays occur.

If for any reasons we can not fill your order, you will be notified by email and your order will be cancelled.

Pre-orders items have the same return policy as items we have available on our online shop. Please refer to our return policy page. 

To cancel an order or make changes, please send an email to info@kemkidsco.com with your order number and specific items you want to cancel.

Once your order is submitted to our supplier, you can no longer make changes or cancel your order. You will be notified by email with updates on your order.

Combined Orders

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock items can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Please note that we cannot charge your card and complete your order if your card expires between the date you pre-ordered the item and the date the item becomes available. Please ensure that your billing and contact information are current at all times.
