     Understanding Pre-Orders

    Pre-orders are essentially advance purchases made on items that are not yet available for immediate purchase on our online shop. Instead, these products are scheduled to be shipped at a future date.

    Agreeing to the Terms

    By purchasing a pre-order product, you agree to the following terms:

    • Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks, but this is subject to change based on the product's availability. We'll keep you informed of any delays that may arise.
    • If we're unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we'll notify you via email and cancel your order.
    • Pre-order items have the same return policy as other items available on our online shop. Please refer to our return policy page for more information.
    • If you need to cancel an order or make changes, please send an email to info@kemkidsco.com with your order number and the specific items you want to cancel. However, once your order has been submitted to our supplier, you won't be able to make any changes or cancellations.
    • We recommend that pre-ordered items be purchased separately from in-stock items, as in-stock items can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
    • Please note that we cannot charge your card and complete your order if your card expires between the date you pre-ordered the item and the date the item becomes available. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that your billing and contact information are up-to-date at all times.

    ***Shipping Notice for Christmas Items***

    Our supplier produces a limited quantity of Disney Christmas items. Production starts in October and your Christmas items will be shipped in November.  If you have ordered both Halloween and Christmas items, your Halloween items will be shipped separately to you and may take up to four weeks. We will notify you if any changes occur.

     

    Return/Refund Policy and Procedure:

    Our priority is your satisfaction with your purchase. To that end, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means that you have a week from receipt of your items to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also present a receipt or proof of purchase.

    To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kemkidsco.com. If your return is approved, you have 5 business days to ship the item(s) using the courier of your choice. Please ensure the return item(s) are packed with care to ensure that we receive it in its original condition. We do not accept items that are damaged during the return shipping process. Furthermore, we do not accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, we do not refund the original shipping fee. If you have any further questions, please contact us at info@kemkidsco.com.

    Exchanges:

    The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item, and once we accept the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Damages and Issues:

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will handle each situation case by case.

    Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

    We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items and Halloween items are final sale.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company.
